The location was really very good - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. No complains at all, we had a good experience, really enjoyed it.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with friendly and helpful staff providing outstanding service. The breakfast buffet offers a decent selection of food, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The language barrier can be a bit challenging at times when trying to communicate with the staff.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with daily replenishment of provisions. The hotel staff were friendly, English-speaking, and helpful in arranging transportation and providing information.

This hotel truly offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the level of comfort and service provided. The attention to detail is impressive, with clean and comfortable rooms. The big windows in the rooms provide a pleasant view, letting in plenty of natural light. Additionally, the location is ideal, with the convenience of being in downtown and just across the street from the Tao Yuan airport, making it easy to travel back and forth.

All was well with this hotel, no improvements necessary.

Lovely staff, and good for airport

We had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Taoyuan. The front desk staff, particularly Yuri Cheng, were extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and great amenities like a large safe and reliable WiFi. The location was convenient for the airport, with a short taxi ride and the option to add the fare to our room bill. We didn't try the breakfast, but the Quesadillas were a tasty and affordable snack. we would definitely recommend this hotel for its lovely staff and proximity to the airport.
